Venice Beach and the Venice Pier are a 5-minute walk, while the Venice Canals are just 2 minutes away. Shops, cafés, and nightlife are all within a 5–10 minute stroll, including Intelligentsia Coffee (5 min), Bluestone Lane (7 min), and The Venice Whaler (10 min) with rooftop cocktails and views. For more local recommendations, feel free to message us. **Book for 31 nights or more to avoid city taxes.** - Living area: Queen-size bed, sofa, flat-screen TV (Netflix-ready), coffee table, books, full-length mirror, and a window-type AC unit. - Rooftop deck: A striking red spiral staircase leads to the rooftop with a sauna, fire pit, patio seating, beach umbrella, outdoor bathtub, and a small washing area. - Kitchen: Cabinets, stainless steel sink, stove, mini-fridge, microwave, and open wooden shelves with dishes and etc. - Bathroom: Walk-in shower with graffiti-style tile, toilet, modern sink with mirror, and fresh towels provided. Everything was perfect! Location, space, comfort, responsive and thoughtful host, and more! The rooftop area was so wonderful - a little oasis and big treat to the space. Easy walk to the canals, shopping and popular Abbot Kinney.

Fantastic location!! Walkable to the boardwalk, Abbott Kinney, etc. Street parking was ample. The unit itself was clean, well-appointed, and exactly as listed. It was great to unwind at night on the rooftop. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and amazing location! It was unfortunately raining in the area but the host was so accommodating to expense us some umbrellas. Will definitely be back when it’s sunny!

the studio was very nice, large open concept with a small but perfectly appointed kitchen. the large rooftop patio was perfect for relaxing in a quiet and private space. It was close to the beach, restaurants, bars and grocery.
