Welcome to our 1BR/1BA retreat! Your bedroom is a cozy haven with a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, and microwave, making meal preparation a breeze. We provide cooking utensils, a coffee maker, coffee grinder, French press, and all you need for a convenient stay. In the bathroom, you'll find a shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Additionally, we offer a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. Enjoy the entertainment options with Netflix on the TV. One reserved parking spot and a private entry make your stay hassle-free. You'll also have access to a private in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. Stay comfortable with a newly added portable A/C unit, ceiling and floor fans. While we're conveniently located near the airport, minimal noise disruption ensures a peaceful stay. Please note that there's one shared wall with the adjoining unit, but our guests have reported minimal noise transfer, guaranteeing your tranquility.

Please be aware that we do not provide luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you wish to have an early check-in, please make this request in advance. While early check-ins are rarely possible, we'll make every effort to inform you of the feasibility. However, it's often not determined until the morning of your check-in. Late checkouts are also rarely available, but if you request one in advance, we will notify you of its possibility. Please note that morning-of requests for late checkouts cannot be accommodated due to our need to schedule cleaning services ahead of time. We kindly ask that guests ensure they have all their personal items before checking out. Lost items can be arranged for pickup in Santa Monica or Culver City, as we do not mail forgotten belongings. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
