An adult must be present at all times. 3. Tenants and guests must practice reasonable caution when using the pool/hot tub. 4. Property Management / Host is in no way responsible for injuries incurred by tenant or guests while using the pool/hot tub. 5. Pool/hot tub is not guaranteed to sustain any constant temperature due to weather and other natural causes. Landlord is not responsible for any loss of use that may result from weather, maintenance or any other circumstance that might deem the pool temporarily unusable. 6. All necessary maintenance/repairs to the pool or spa will be the responsibility of the Landlord, except when such repairs are due to negligence or misuse by the Tenant. 7. Tenant will be held responsible for any damage caused to the pool/hot tub, cleaners, equipment, or surrounding area and charged for the correction of the problem. 8. Me and my family spent more than 5months in this house . It has been our safe place and we felt home soon after we got in the house . All the appliances are new and well maintained , the house is in great condition and pretty new . The pool and the backyard is lovely and the neighborhood is pretty safe and quiet (a lot of families ). The Ev charger has been a plus for us as we own an electrical car . Ofir and the owners have been so kind and proactive . They promptly assisted us with any issues that came up in the house during our stay. They are super friendly and I can consider them friends . They were so welcoming, we have been so lucky to find them and staying in their house I will never forget their kindness and I hope to see them again maybe for an Italian dinner ! If you are looking to spend time in the west side of LA, this is the place to stay . There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and you’re close to everything in the west side.

This was a restorative, relaxing, and ultimately fun stay for our entire family. The house is fantastic, the neighborhood quiet and peaceful but the backyard is really what makes this a special place. The pool and spa are excellent, especially for young kids as my 4 and 6 year old could stand in the shallow end and also enjoyed the spa. There are fruit trees of all kinds along the fence line and a vegetable garden as well with cucumbers, tomatoes, squash and more. The grill worked perfectly and we spent most evenings outside having dinner at the table. Its an amazing entertaining space, exceeding what is presented in the pictures. The hosts were attentive, kind, and available throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this home. Ofir was a very responsive host. The home is in a very convenient location, accessible to Venice, Santa Monica, and other places on the West Side. There are good restaurants nearby. The home and the pool are well maintained. I would recommend for families needing a long term stay in Los Angeles.

My husband, daughter and I and I spent a month here over the holidays and had a fantastic time! The house had a new, clean feel to it and you could tell that a lot of detail went into making it feel like a home. We especially loved the gorgeous kitchen, which was fully appointed with everything we needed and more. In the few instances when we had a question or needed anything, the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Another one of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space, and in particular, the pool. My daughter is on the swim team at home and it was important to us that she had a place to practice while we were away. She swam almost every day and felt very comfortable in the heated pool even when it was very chilly outside. My husband and I loved the hot tub too, which was even more fun on Christmas Day! We’re all looking forward to visiting again!

Great house, on a great block, in a great neighborhood! Came to LA with my wife, daughter, and son for a work trip. As a private chef the kitchen is the most important room in a house for me and the kitchen here exceeded my expectations. Very up to date equipment and lots of tools on hand. My favorite part of the house was the backyard. Just wow! I spent most of my down time on my off days and after work lounging in the hot tub/pool. It’s such a majestic space whether it’s day or night. During the day you can garden/backyard attracts a plethora of cute butterflies, hummingbirds, and squirrels. At night the lighting is reminiscent of an upscale lounge. Easy access to 405 was a big plus, as it’s one of the major highways that moves through the city. It made my work commute to the valley a lot easier. Definitely would book again!
