House Rules

1. Respectful Living: Kindly treat the property and its contents with care and respect. Be mindful of noise levels to ensure a peaceful environment for both residents and neighbors. 2. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please use the private outdoor patio and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 3. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 2. 5. No Pets Allowed. 4. No Parties or Events are permitted to maintain a peaceful living atmosphere. 6. Security: Lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment. Report any security concerns promptly. 7. Watering Plants: Please help us maintain a green and vibrant environment by watering the indoor plants every 2 weeks. 8. A maintenance person will be coming into the patio area late Friday mornings to water and tend to the outdoor bushes, weeds and plants inside the patio and side yard. 9. Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash in designated bins right outside of the front yard gate which are located in the front of the house. - The Blue can is for all recyclables (paper, cardboard, plastic, metal and glass) - The Black can is for all other trash. - City Trash pick up is every Monday. - Please clean out the shower drain screen. - Please clean out food waste from the kitchen sink drain screen and deposit in trash. - Deposit paper towels and feminine products into trash bins only as they clog the toilet.

I stayed for one month and the hosts were so responsive and helpful. If we had any questions, or there were any maintenance issues, they would respond very quickly. The house is so cute and charming, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Just a few minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Far enough from the airport that I was able to sleep well. My favorite part of the house was the patio in the back, was so serene and peaceful. Would stay here again if I had the chance!

We stayed here for about six months and loved every moment of it. Ofir was very communicative and repaired anything that was not working instantly. The location was great and all the amenities were perfect. The interior was very well design designed. We were quite impressed and the backyard area was an extra added bonus. It felt like home for us.
