It’s a great little place. Fun, cozy, close to beach and restaurants. The only issue was major house construction right next door Monday through Friday that I was not told about until I got there. And I stayed for a month. So it was a learning experience to keep my peace of mind amidst the construction. Still it’s a great little spot. Cheers :)

Within 60 seconds of the beach — go downstairs and can see the beach. Excellent location. Parking was surprisingly not that bad as well for being where it was (just pay attention to street cleaning signs). Place was clean and relatively new.
