1. Respectful Living: Kindly treat the property and its contents with care and respect. Be mindful of noise levels to ensure a peaceful environment for both residents and neighbors. 2. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 3. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Parties and events are not permitted inside the apartment to maintain a peaceful living atmosphere. 4.Security: Always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment. Report any security concerns promptly. 5. Watering Plants: Help us maintain a green and vibrant environment by watering the plants every 2 weeks.. 6. Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash in designated bins. Apartment complex’ Trash Chute is located near the Elevator. Trash disposal in the Chute is not permitted on Mondays and Fridays as the bin below the chute is taken out for city trash collection. 7. Recycling: Please separate recyclables (paper, cardboard, plastic, metal and glass) and deposit them into the communal Recyclables Container - a large blue bin in the garage. If the bin is full, please do not deposit your recyclables on the floor near it, and instead wait until the bin is empty. Make sure to flatten your cardboards as needed. 8. Guest Parking: Guest parking is available on the ground floor below residents’ garage (go all the way to the end of the garage after you enter, then turn right, the guest parking signs will be posted). Additional street parking as available in front of the apartment complex. 9. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment. 10. Utilities: Conserve water, electricity, and other utilities. Turn off lights, appliances, and air conditioning when not in use. 11. Mail: If you retrieve mail and it’s addressed to previous residents, please leave it on the counter upon your check-out. We will dispatch the mail to the correct recipient as needed. 12. Street Parking: If you or a guest parks on the street, please note that Thursdays are street cleaning days, and between 8 am and 1 pm, you cannot park in parking spaces in front of the building as you might incur a fine.

We truly enjoyed our 2 months stay in Ofir's apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and it was a very quiet location despite being close to highways and easy communication. The beds were really comfortable and we had great sleep. The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with everything that we required and they even had other things to enjoy, such as games, books, sports equipment etc. Ofir was very responsive when we had to communicate and quickly fixed some issues we had with the keys. I can recommend this place to stay for a short and long time and with kids.
