I had booked a different Airbnb and they never responded to me for over 72 hours so this one was booked last minute and communication was quick and timely. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable when I did reach out to the owner. They responded quickly 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The location of this Airbnb was great, a short walk to the canals for a lovely afternoon strolls. There’s a cute little market and coffee shop nearby. It’s a short distance to the marina and the beach. Street parking was convenient and plentiful most of our stay.

Wonderful place. Outdoor spaces are such a great addition. The house is very comfortable and perfect for a family gathering. Our daughter commented that it was the nicest Airbnb she’s ever stayed in.

Will definitely return. This was a great location and space for us while in court. The beds were very comfortable and the house is very well designed and laid out. Communication was very easy.

Good value for a long term Airbnb if you’re staying at ucla or the VA. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear neighbors dogs and neighbors can hear you too. Host communicated very well. Had great amenities. Everything except the bowls, cups, plates - they were cheap plastic

Beautiful property, love the privacy you get and the views from every room. Sunrises are beautiful. Definitely peaceful. Make sure you get there during the day time at night it can be hard to see.

Exactly as advertised in the pictures! Cute charming studio vacation rental close to the Venice Canals. Huge TV equipped with streaming services. We loved the rooftop access with sauna. Convenient and free overnight street parking in the area. Easy check-in process. Venice Canals are literally down the street, pretty much in the backyard of this spot.

Great stay. Contracted at the hospital nearby and could easily walk to work. Felt very safe as a solo female with my dog. Friendly neighbors, parking included. Place was spotless and hosts were very responsive at any time. No kids in the building which is a personal opinion, but was very nice and peaceful. Would stay again.

We stayed here for about six months and loved every moment of it. Ofir was very communicative and repaired anything that was not working instantly. The location was great and all the amenities were perfect. The interior was very well design designed. We were quite impressed and the backyard area was an extra added bonus. It felt like home for us.
