Home was very cozy and literally as how it was in the pictures. The area where it was located was very quite . Really relaxing trip and the home made it 10x better. I will definitely book the same place on my next LA visit.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The accommodation was perfect, so close to everything we wanted to see and do. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach, the canals, and all the great shops and restaurants nearby. The rooftop area was a highlight, we spent a lot of time there relaxing and soaking in the vibe. The space itself felt like home for the four days we stayed; cozy, comfortable, and just right for us. The host was incredible, super responsive, answering all of our questions almost immediately, which made everything so smooth. My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed every second of our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for the perfect Venice Beach experience!

Ofir and his team are friendly and responsive hosts. The location is on a residential, tree-lined street, close to the beach, adjacent to the Venice Canals and it offers an abundance of amenities including a spiral staircase that leads to a roof deck with a fire pit. We loved this location and plan on being a return customer!

Beautiful space with lots of room for my group. It’s rare to find a place with a front yard and private backyard, so this place is a gem. The hosts were communicative as well.

Great place! Very responsive hosts. Great location. Only thing is that there isn’t a table to work on. They have a table in the kitchen with a stool but the stool is a bit too high. So if you work from home you have to work on couch, bed or the top deck. This isn’t a problem per se but it was a bit hard to take work calls with camera on. Also the air conditioning didn’t work that well. This wasn’t a big problem because the unit has windows and you can have the sliding glass door open throughout the day. But it was a bit hot at night. That said, I would definitely stay again! The bikes were a huge plus. Riding the bike on the boardwalk between Venice and Santa Monica was really fun.

stayed there several months for work Ofir was also very responsive if I needed anything , had my own personal spot to park , and the washer and dryer was very useful with working everyday . He was very accommodating, I would definitely stay at one of his places next time I return !!!!!!

Sparkling clean home in a very convenient location! Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms feel very high end. We would definitely stay again!

Me and my family spent more than 5months in this house . It has been our safe place and we felt home soon after we got in the house . All the appliances are new and well maintained , the house is in great condition and pretty new . The pool and the backyard is lovely and the neighborhood is pretty safe and quiet (a lot of families ). The Ev charger has been a plus for us as we own an electrical car . Ofir and the owners have been so kind and proactive . They promptly assisted us with any issues that came up in the house during our stay. They are super friendly and I can consider them friends . They were so welcoming, we have been so lucky to find them and staying in their house I will never forget their kindness and I hope to see them again maybe for an Italian dinner ! If you are looking to spend time in the west side of LA, this is the place to stay . There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and you’re close to everything in the west side.
